"The worst McDonald's "

I come here every morning and every morning weather there is a 10 minute line at the drive through or a 10 second, they are never prompt with taking your order, they never use polite language and when I pull up at the window they never reiterate the correct order back to me, once I get my order it's a 50/50 shot that it's even what I ordered, so frustrating! Perhaps a secret shopper would reveal how rude and unresponsive this McDonald's truly is.
