Plantation Restaurant CLOSED/REPLACED

We were there in between buffets - breakfast still up and lunch getting ready. I ordered off the menu, husband got the buffet - and he actually enjoyed both buffets. Wait staff was wonderful - apologized for how skimpy the breakfast buffet was due to the timing of the lunch buffet, but there was plenty of food for my husband to enjoy. Must say the have THE BEST COFFEE I have ever had! Yes, décor isn't great, but am planning on going back the next time we are there!

I will not go back Flies all over,Buffet food was obviously needing to be thrown away! When I asked for fresh food they said it was just brought out. It must have been in the kitchen in a roaster all day and cooked sometime through the night. No one seemed to care so I told the manager he did not seem to care either. I would not recommend this place to any tour or bus company coming to Branson

I stopped in wanting some fresh fried chicken. They had all u can eat special I said I'll take that and I want thighs Waitress brought out my chicken within 10 minutes. She brought out mixed pieces I said I wanted only thighs Oh that will be extra Why it is all u can eat?!! I began to eat the one thigh that came out and it tasted as if it came off the buffet. It was hot but not fresh she came out with some more thighs and asked if this came off the buffet? No from the steam table in back. I told her I wanted fresh not this leftover and was told TOO BAD!! I then left and went to the cashier tosettle up hoping since I did not like it I could go on. The man asked me if I got enough to eat I said no. Why? He asked I said the food was leftover from buffet he said did you see it come off there I said no but it sure tasted old. He then said That's the breaks I am trying to tell all about this place maybe they will go out of business and someone with skills will take over!

Bad food and cold wait staff is terrible eternal took for ever to get anything to drink and also to expensive

We had eaten at the plantation 2 years ago and the food and service were great as well as the accepting of there coupons. Now the food is average at best as well as the cleanliness and service. When we were there 9-1 upon checking out we presented the buy one get one half price coupon and by the time the guy at the register was done calculating his way our bill was only 2 dollars cheaper than normal. This isnt the way branson operates if you dont want to honor your coupons then dont put them out

This is the WORST place to eat in Branson!! My first expierence ended up with orange juice spilled all over me and my purse. The second visit ended in two pieces of RAW chicken and a complete JERK for a cashier who when I politely informed him of our expiereince looked at me and LITERALLY threw my change at me! The food is terrible and the service is worse.

I laugh when I read these other reviews and wonder if they were having a bad day! I truly enjoyed the food. Yes, the place may not be up to date in the decor department - but as far as the food is concerned both my party as well as the party in front of me checking out commented on how much we enjoyed it. Seems like most of the time only those looking for something to grumble about make the loudest noise. I recommend this place..service is great and good food.

Would only recommend that you stay away...worst food I've had in Branson or anywhere else. Salads were not fresh, cauliflower and broccoli were brown and too warm, lettuce was brown and wilty...entrees not warm enough...atmosphere depressing and worn...needs updated and thoroughly cleaned. Wait staff, although friendly kept sweeping next to our table, along with the flies on our table and food, yuck!.... Been going to Branson since 2000 and have gone there on each visit....they have been going downhill since. Value?...hmm you get what you pay for. Will not return.

This is some of branson worst food. Everything we order in our family of 5 was differnt and everything sucked.

It was hot and we had breakfast here with 5 people and we had to fight the flies for our food. The catfish was hard and dry. Not a good expierience. Waitress could not find any jam for rolls and brought microwaved honey that must have sat on shelf for 40 years,
