Montana Mike's Steakhouse CLOSED/REPLACED

We have had a meal here several times. The food is always good, but the service can go either way. Sometimes it's great and other times it is fair at best. It can get really loud if it is busy.

My family goes to Branson 2 to3 times a year. Not one time do we pass up Montana Mikes. The servers are alway friendly on top of everything. The food always hot and delecious. We always order steaks with the loaded bake potatoes. The salad are always fresh, cold and crisp. The steaks are always perfect, hot and medium rare just the way my family likes them. I have never had any problems with this place. Always leaving satisfied and knowing we will be back next time. This is definately my family's favorite place to have a steak dinner. Give it a try.

I ate there recently with friends. The food was excellent. I got the pecan crusted tapalia It was so good !

Great server and fast service given it wasn't busy, but the food wasn't good at all. The steaks had no taste. Good baked potato, but that's it. Not recommended.

We ordered prime rib and got roast beef with gravy. When we told them we did not like the food they made no effort to change our order. I ordered a glass of red wine and got a 3 oz serving. When this was pointed out they said it was 6oz, but it was 3oz. We tested this in a glass of the same size. Will never eat there again and do not advise anyone go.

Visited Montana's last week. Tried both steak and hamburger. Food was diappointing and atmosphere was plain and dated. Value was pretty good, would have been great value if food had been better

The food sucked the server was a moron and the manager was missing in action. Made no complaint but will NOT return there if they paid me I would not go back!!

We read a very good review of this place in the local paper and decided to try it. My wife and I had rib eyes. They were slightly undercooked but not enough to send back, and were really great steaks. The baked potatos were piping hot, so the butter and sour cream had no trouble melting, and the salads were crisp and cold. Dinner is served with home-made yeast rolls that were a bit of Heaven. Our dining companion had the chicken fried chicken. You better be hungry when you order this one...it was huge and slathered in a really well seasoned country gravy. She had mashed potatos and was sure they were real, not instant. The waitress was extremely attentive and friendly. Make sure you go to dinner after 6:30 to avoid the bus traffic, but definately try this place!

The steaks were not cooked correctly, the hamburgers were dry. The waitress we had was good, but the manager argued with my husband when he tried to tell him the steak was cookrd incorrectly. What ever happened to the customer is always right? Very rude, would not spend my money there again!
