The person taking orders was very inexperienced. There should have been someone better and faster taking orders as there were a lot of customers. They got our order wrong and blamed us. They were VERY rude and demanded to see our receipt. The food was lukewarm. I have eaten here in the past but will NEVER eat there again.

Don't over stand why they have drive threw window if they have no idea how to use it . Some days they ask you to.i pull up and order them some days they ignore you . They see you they just rather play games. But hey there ain't one smiling person there at all they need a they need to get all new staff that agt least now how to smile or at least act like they like the jobs

We drive by this place when we are down in Branson but never go i n so this time we decided that we would try it for something other than Italian or steaks just a good old burger., believe me when I say that when I order a double i sure hope it is good and this thing they brought out was like a cow between buns, two patties which were fried just right a slice of cheese and lettuce and tomato, but then there was more lettuce and tomato this was a darn good delicious burger, I was full when I got done. We had fries and they were fresh and different than others that I have had they seemed a little crispy which was a change from the mushy ones you get at other places, very good. Will I eat there again? we are going back down in Decen=mber and you bet i will be stopping at the Burger Shack.

The Salmon burger with the pineapple slice is fantastic. I only tried it after the kid told me how good it was and he WAS SO RIGHT. My husband is a fan of the burgers and fries. Check it out.
