""LOVE TO GO TO THE PARADISE"!!"

Reviewed
We eat at the Paradise every time we are in Branson, usually 2-3 times a year. We have always found the food good, the service and waitresses very friendly, and a pleasant atmosphere. 'Tis one of our favorite places to eat after church on Saturday night. We will be going again soon in November ..Thanks very much...

"Worst thanksgiving meal ever."

Reviewed
We went for thanksgiving dinner 2013. It was terrible. Everything was out of a can or box. Not even any cranberry sauce. It was jello. I didn't even know that stuffing could be runny. When I complained, I was told that "most people are thankful on Thanksgiving". I have lots to be thankful for but that meal does not make the list. It ruined our Thanksgiving meal celebration.

"Wonderful"

We just returned from Branson and found that the Steak house was great, with friendly staff and good food for the dollar spent. Live entertainment was sweet, I am vegan and was able to have the salad bar and soup, excellent ate there 4 times...Pam was our waitress and she was super.

"Terrific food, attentive staff, will go back!"

Our only visit to the Paradise Grill was in Oct of 2011 but it was memorable enough that we plan to go again soon while in Branson. We don't normally eat buffets but theirs looked fresh and inviting so we gave it a try. My husband is the king of picky and he knows instant from real mashed potatoes. Their potatoes ARE real and their meatloaf was exceptional. The bad reviews Paradise has received seem to be mostly from 'coach' diners who don't seem to take into account that their dinner menu was preplanned by the tour company.

"Dinner at Paradise"

Reviewed
Went to dinner at the Paradise Grill with a group of 24. We entered through a side door right into a dining area set up for us. We did not get to eat from the buffet, we had grilled chicken on a bed of rice with mashed potatoes and green beans. Horrible. We were not asked if there were any exceptions to this planned meal at a buffet place.? The waitress was friendly and efficient but you had to ask for everything. Will not be going back.

"Horrible experience"

Reviewed
This eating experience was horrible. First we were with a group (bus). We were not given the option of what we would eat. We had grilled chicken that was dry; rice - that was mushy, soupy, and nasty to the taste; green beans - from a can w/out seasoning; mash potatoes that was from a bag that was not seasoned, chocalate cake w/chocalate ice cream. Although there was a buffet and the food look fantastic, we were not allowed to choose between the buffet and the pre-selected dinner. I feel insulted to think as adults we had no choice. In addition, we were ushered in through the back door, treated w/much disrespect by the "can't do" this and "can't do this". I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone going to Branson. I believe the owner need to reimburse everyone on the bus the cost of the dinner.

I came with a group to your restaurant. Was not happy with the service we were supposed to have a choice of what we wanted to eat and was not given a choice. It would have been nice to have that choice and since I have been a restuarant manager,I know what the food cost is, you had a buffet that would not have cost you anymore to feed us then the menu you served. The food was alright but not what I wanted

Oreo cookies? Oh yeah! Our family went to the Paradise Grill and Steakhouse for Thanksgiving dinner. The "turkey" looked like a processed white meat roll. The chef was hiding roast beef in a covered server so I opted for that. (It was the same processed meat roll in a dark color.) Yuk. Everything on the buffet appeared to have come directly from a can or carton...canned fruit on the salad bar...canned gravy...artificial potatoes...pie that made the Banquet pies in the grocer's freezer section look like a real treat...and yes! Oreo cookies on the dessert bar! Awful, awful food! The place was clean and nicely decorated, the service was acceptable, the price was outrageous for the type of food that was available. I would never go back!

We have eaten in many restraunts around the world and we have never been in a restraunt that is cleaner and someone constantly tending to the buffet, checking up on the customer, friendly and being very organized. The food was hot and flavorable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this restraunt for top awards if that is possible.
