Level 2 Steakhouse, in the Convention Center Hilton, offers Branson's most upscale dining experience!  From the beautiful table settings and contemporary decor, to the carefully selected and prepared steaks, every aspect of your visit to Level 2 is top notch.  A thoughtfully assembled menu starts with "Beginnings" - appetizer selections like the Tomato Bisque Soup, served with a puff pastry, and their popular Pan-seared Hawaiian Ahi Tuna, served atop a Himalayan pink salt block.  Fresh salads, found under "Fields," include a tangy Citrus Basil Caesar Salad, and the highly recommended L2 Salad, with fresh greens, sliced strawberries, dried cranberries, Missouri goat cheese, toasted coconut, candied walnuts, and vanilla vinaigrette.  Seafood options include a Fresh Catch, flown in from various parts of the world, and a Pan-seared Salmon Filet.  There's a wonderful breakfast bar for your morning meal, and a tasty selection of sandwiches are added to the menu for lunchtime.  But, when it comes to the menu for Level 2, it's really all about the beef -- specifically, those mouth-watering steaks!  Filet Mignon, Kansas City Strip, and Beef Tip Alforno are three popular entrees, and guests can opt for a tantalizing sauce or topping, including Whiskey Sauce and a Garlic & Chive Butter Topping.  Frequent diners can also become members of the Kut Klub, which means they'll have their own knife, carved with their name, ready for every future visit!  Whether you enjoy a great wake-me-up breakfast, a stomach satisfying meal for lunch, or work your way toward membership in the Kut Klub with one of their incredible steaks, you'll be more than pleased with your dining experience at the 'beyond special' Level 2 Steakhouse in Branson's Hilton Hotel at the Convention Center!

"Good to very good."

We moved to Springfield last year. We moved from Las Vegas NV and liked your food. Your asking us to compare apples to oranges. Price was a little high and the service was very good. We will come back and we really like Branson Landing. We wondered why they don't have anything like this in Springfield.

"Felt like a scam."

This place is a rip off. The food seemed mass produced and was not appetizing or well cooked. My food was brought out cold and the waitress seemed like she didnt know it was her job to refill our waters. Seriously, this place is far,far too expensive for the product and service provided.

"Absolutely Wonderful"

We were here last night and can only rave about the whole experience, from the wait staff to the dessert. The filets were grilled to perfection and were up there on par with 'best ever'. Highly recommend the creme brulee also. Our server was very informative, helpful in selections, and prompt. Will definately be back.

"Elegant dining at its best!"

Reviewed
We have eaten at some of the finest restaurants both in the U. S. and abroad, and hardly thought we would find anything close in Branson, MO, but boy, were we wrong! Level 2 was pure elegance from the hostess, to the atmosphere, to the service, to the mouth-watering food! A true fine-dining experience! Everything was just perfect! We celebrated our anniversary and will go back to celebrate future anniversaries and more! A MuST for those who wish to thoroughly enjoy themselves!

"JUST SAYING"

Reviewed
On July 3rd 2012 family and I stopped by this steak house I found it to be a very nice place. The wife asked the waiter if we could sit outside. Which the waiter said yes and quickly escorted us outside. As we sat it was obvious that a celebration was being held at the landing, there was a band playing down by the lake side and the public was occupying the walkways which surrounded the outside patio of the steak house. I noticed that the table had a reserved sign on it, as I picked it up to look at it and asked the wife if the waiter said anything about the table sign? About the same time the same waiter and I assume a manger came out and said the table was reserved as I look around there were several tables empty and only three tables occupied. The manager quickly stated that “we could stay at the table if we would pay fifty dollars per chair “”and that did not include meal”..??? …..WHAT ? Well “I’m Just Saying; 1. Depends which evening manager is working because the one working that night showed poor Management skills. 2. Never heard of such a thing……charging for a free public event seating at such a cost 3. It did not stop the same manger to stand out there and enjoy the music even though you could still here it inside where we sat. 4. And when the fireworks event started the same chairs that he wanted $50.00 where now occupied by children and public that did not even eat there. The same manger did not notice because we watched him enjoy the show and failed to see the people. 5. I’m just saying the Manager should have just stated the tables where for regersterd guests a good manger would have seated paying customers in the empty seating. Than to use the $50.00 a chair tactic that resulted in zero dollars. 6. HILTON HOTEL is this behavior you want your name tagged too? Just saying....... Ric Alvarado Kansas City Kansas

"Must eat here while in Branson!"

Reviewed
This was our first visit to Level 2 and everything was delicious! I had the flat iron steak and my fiance (I proposed at Level 2 that night) had the prime rib. Both meals were top-notch and we'll definitely be back. When you go, save room for the Missouri Butter Cake....soooo good!

VERY DISAPPOINTING. THE SERVICE WAS DEFINATELY NOT UP TO STANDARD FOR THIS RESTAURANT. WE SPENT ALOT OF TIME WONDERING WHERE OUR SERVER WAS. MY STEAK WAS NOT PREPARED PROPERLY AND WHEN THE SERVER ASKED AND WAS TOLD SHE JUST WALKED AWAY. WINE BY THE GLASS SELECTION IS VERY, VERY POOR. ATMOSPHERE IS DARK AND UNAPPEALING, MUSIC SELECTION QUESTIONABLE. WE EXPECTED MUCH, MUCH MORE FROM THIS RESTAURANT. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Level 2 Steakhouse truly is a cut above the rest. The service is fantastic, the atmosphere upscale and the staff attentive. I eat at Level 2 at least once a week and in my mind it is the best restaurant in Branson, if not southwest Missouri. Great job Level 2!
