Dirty coffee cup. Dirty knife. Waiter got 2 of 3 orders wrong. Food was OK. Better places to spend your money.

We ate breakfast, which was excellent. The service was great, food was great and hot. So that made us want to come back. We came back for lunch the next day. It was the same thing, great food, great service. We were really impressed. So our last day we came back again. Yes, the same thing, service was still great, we had to wait for 5 whole minutes, but it was worth it. The food was great and it was a great send off.

This was the first resturant we ate at when we visted Branson this past week. We were all very impressed with the place and our waiter, Victor, was AMAZING. The food was spectacular, even had too much, so we had to take the rest with us. Highly recommend.

Been there MANY times. Always the same, service is TERRIBLE. No mater what server we have had, they always get our order wrong or screw up our bill. Much better places to go to then IHOP.

The food is awesome and the service is great!!! We went to eat there after going to Silver Dollar City,which hit the spot!!They don't only have great breakfast,but AWESOME dinner.I'd recomod the grilled bar-b-q to anyone.it may be on the Sinior Citizen menu,but it is SOOOOO good.My bro got the 6oz steak,it took up a whole plate!!!!! And their side salads are as big as a regular salad!!You get more for you money here.We are defently going back!!!!!!!!!SOON!!!!!!!

Our group of 14 was seated promptly for the evening meal with beverage orders taken and served, but the service tanked after that. Meal orders were taken about 10 minutes later, but the meal was not served until over an hour after that, and then only after a request to our waitress to bring the food within a couple of minutes or we would need to go somewhere else. The meal was then brought out promptly, but the food was no longer hot nor freshly cooked. While an apology was offered by the manager on duty on the timeliness, there was no offer to correct anything nor did anyone even ask if the food was okay. The experience was certainly disappointing and not up to our expectations of IHOP.

Be prepared to stand in line for breakfast, but it's worth the wait. Yes it's a chain, but very well managed. They get you in & out in a timely manner. Wait staff very friendly.

We have been blown away twice at this IHOP!! Maybe it was because we had just left Silver Dollar City, and were starvin'...but we have loved the food and the service. Our table ordered breakfast food, a BLT and a salad. Our kids loved the many syrups to choose from. We will be back!!
