Had to wait almost an hour to get our order.For what we got it was priced to high.The chicken fried chicken was over cooked,hard around the edges,which makes it hard to chew.Small portion of mashed potatoes,gravey was cold.My son got a baked potato with nothing but butter. Not very enjoyable at all.Some of the family got sandwiches which were ok.

My family contacted McFarlains to ask about them fixing a to go meal for my family of 10 as we celebrated an early Christmas in Branson. It took a while to get things set up (during the Thanksgiving holiday busy-ness) but Randy was super helpful and agreed to provide a traditional family meal: turkey, ham, green beans, gravy, mashed potatoes, cornbread with honey butter, and the most wonderful stuffing. Topped it off with a couple pies. We picked it up from the very helpful staff, and got it back to Branson West for our meal - right on schedule. Everything was hot, wonderful, and homemade and we couldn’t have asked for more from McFarlains. Very reasonable price as well. Thank you and well done McFarlains!

We were just reading past reviews and must say. We don't understand what some are trying to relate, as: we have been visiting Branson for over 20 years. We try to go every year and many years have gone twice, spring and Christmas. We love branson and love McFarlands Complex. We would not consider missing the wonderful breakfast/lunch/dinners/desserts at McFarlands. There has never been one concern with quality of food, nor politeness of staff. We have reservations already made for this holiday season and are looking forward to some wonderful dining experiences at McFarlands. Also we always visit and enjoy the IMAX Theater and shopping at all of the quaint stores. In our opinion, the wonderful memories of Branson would not be complete without visiting McFarlands and all the fantastic things to see!

The pie, ice cream and coffee were perfect. The server was not friendly maybe she was having a bad day. Recommended by a shop owner and she was right. I will go back because Branson was awesome and McFarlands was the icing on the cake. Great job.

The food and service was and is great everytime we visit there. One of the best restaurants in Branson other than the café down in the old part of down town..... I make sure we stop here each and everytime we go to Branson.... Good down home hospitality and always a smile on their faces.

I ate at the Mcfarlands on Thanksgiving, The server was just short of rude..the food was expensive for processed food...I won't go back. I will not accept being ignored in a public restaurant..I however did enjoy the other parts, the stores and they were very nice in that part.

They had the BEST cornbread we had ever eaten and were very generous with it. We had breakfast almost every day and supper twice during the week we stayed in Branson. I believe it was steak that we ate for supper. Everyone was friendly, everything was clean, and the food was delicious and hot when we got it. Would love to have their cornbread recipe for sure!!! And they took coupons too if you had some. Great prices also.

Had breakfast here and was completely satisfied. Every thing cooked to order and the service was super. Possibly the best breakfast we have had in branson. The waitress was super and the decore quite interesting and fits the atmosphere well.
