This place is very bad, maybe the worst meal I have ever had eating out. Ordered the shrimp and it was all breading and not very good tasting. My wife ordered chili and it was not good tasting either. The waitress we had was good, no problem with the service. If you want good food don't go here, go to Montana Mikes it is excellent.Again BEWARE. Yup, I agree with all of the unfavorable reviews you find here.
After being seated, it took over 10 minutes for a waiter to acknowledge our table of two - didn't seem excited at all to wait on us.
We ordered steak that came out cold and half raw - french fries were cold, too. We asked for them to be cooked further and the waiter looked at us with daggers!
Food came back barel better than when it went back. We ate a few mouthfuls and left.
Our bill was way too high, service was almost non-existent, and the food left a lot to be desired.
I repeat what others have written: Don't waste your money. You'd be better off eating at the Golden Arches!

Prices were to high, food and service were horrible. Our meals were tiny and cold, no refills were offered on our drinks at all. This place has went downhill quick, time to close it up and make room for a real steak house. By Mike J. on Nov. 18, 2008 - See all my reviewsLast visited: November 2008 (over six months ago) |
Alright, with most restaurants, I would be very lenient when writing a review like this IF they had tried to give me just decent service, a hot, fresh meal that is worth only close to it's price, and to make what had went wrong right. This "restaurant" did none of those 3...I ordered a Ribeye steak, had to ask for bread with the meal, free refills do not exist here. You pay for another drink EVERY time that the glass is refilled! The steak was overcooked, so I sent it back. Another steak was cooked, and cooked right this time, but when I received the bill, I was charged for both steaks! I then ask to speak with a manager, and an arrogant woman came out and told me that I was paying for the both of them, no questions! Yes, I did pay but also made it clear that my wife and I would not be back, and neither would many of our friends and family. The service was nearly non-existent, and the "management" had NO public relations skills to speak of. The prices are VERY inflated, and obviously aimed at tourists who will only eat there once, and will never be back. From what I experienced (and have also heard from many others), B.T. Bones is the epitome of a greedy, 'turn and burn' operation that cares NOTHING about the customer, but only about taking their
money. I can sum it up in one word, folks...HORRIBLE! Do not waste your money here; This restaurant does not deserve your dollars! There are much better places to eat steak in Branson at far less the cost. By Don B. on Nov. 9, 2008 - See all my reviewsLast visited: November 2008 (over six months ago) |
We have never had a bad experience at this steak house. On our most recent trip, we ate there twice and enjoyed every bite. The steaks were a little under cooked, but had such a great flavor, we didn't complain. Avoid the Buffalo wings appetizer, they were baked, not fried, which made them kind of "slimey". Service was top notch, as long as you have dinner around 7, so you can miss the bus loads!
