Thanksgiving. Arrived little before 4:00. Seated and ordered right away. Coffee came quickly but was cold. We're told no breads left, only buns& biscuits . Food came 45 minutes later, no dressing left! Wife's turkey wasn't a slice but pile of scraps. Food was also cool. Buns came mid meal and coleslaw after we had eaten meal. Also, choice of pie now limited. Check out said she would tell general manager, not what we expected, other places get manager right away. $57 for this is a joke and we left feeling we had been taken advantage of! Avoid this place!!!

"Horrible Customwr Service"

We went to eat just a little bit ago at your restaurant. We were in line and 4 people were seated ahead of us. It was our turn to be seated and I guess there was a bus of people behind us and the lady seating said you will have to wait until we seat all these bus load of people. We came in and stood in line and to be told we would have to wait for her to seat the bus when there was 2 of us was ridiculous. So we stepped aside for a moment then got really irritated and left and went to eat at McFarlands who had no problem seating us. I understand a bus of people makes you a lot of money but should never over shadow your normal paying customers.

Tables not full. No acknowledgment we were waiting. Totally ignored. Went somewhere else

We got there around 11:00 AM. They said there was a 45 minute wait for a seat. We said ok and waited around. Then we was seated and another wait began.it was another 10 minutes before someone stopped to ask if everything was ok. I told her it would be better if we could get some service. We had breakfast it was good but not much there for the money. I ate and had drank my cup of coffee. I hadn't been asked if I wanted a refill. The lady who had first ask if everything was ok asked it again. I told her about wanting more coffee. That's when I found out I was supposed to have gotten a carafe of coffee. Once bitten twice shy won't be going back.

"I have not found one bad Bob Evans"

Reviewed
Not only have I eated at Bob Evans in Branson, I traveled all over the U.S. recruiting English teachers for English language schools in Korea and did not pass up one that I found. I traveled with other recruiters from Russia, Australia, South Africa, Canada and the US. They all ended up fans of Bob Evans. The only slightly negative was when I used my credit card to pay. When the young cashier saw my name she commented, "You are not Bob Evans and ultimately asked for ID. I showed her my drivers licence (mistake). She ran with it to show every employee in the place that Bob Evans was there. It took her a while to macke it to everyone while I stood waiting. I really can't complain as she was having such a good time and most of the employees had to make an attempt to take a look at me. It was fun to say the least. A good place to eat . I don't pass one up. I am being honest in spite of the names

"Pretty Good"

Place was pretty decent, we ended up eating their twice, first time resturant was practically empty so it was nice and quiet and meal tasted great. Second time was for breakfast - they have all you can eat pancakes, but all the other menu items were fairly pricy for simply being pancakes-french toast-eggs-etc. I feel those are very simple easy items and the portions of those, coupled with the price you pay is not that great so thats why i rate it a 3. Service was pretty good.

Sunday morning June 13th and they were busy and breakfast was very good and the young waitress was great. The lady at the check out counter had no emotion just a machine taking your bill. No smile. Had coupons and she acted like it was below her for someone to use them.I guess she had to do and extra key in to complete transaction.

Late night dinner. Food was very good but the service was horrible. Wasn't very crowded either. Will try back again earlier in the day
